Not sure what to say?

I was his catcher on our Billingsley Pontiac Little League team. Circa 1954. For some unexplainable reason I had a thought about him this evening. He was a good ball player and a good teammate.

Ginny and Hval Family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have nothing but fond memories of working with Terry at Reynolds and am greatly saddened. God bless you all, sending prayers and love. Tracey Williams, RHS

To the Family of Terry Vahl: I just read about his passing. He was my councilor in Jr. High and then moved to High School . He talked me into staying in school, and for that I am grateful. My prayers are with all of you. May God watch over you all... Amen

Ginny and Family- I was saddened to read of Terry' passing. It brought back many fond memories of our days at Beamont and Grant. I pulled out the old Grant yearbook and looked at Terry again.
From reading the comments of others, one can sense that Terry was much beloved by the students whose lives he impacted.

I was stacking wood the other day and thought of Terry. The trips up the mountain to cut wood were so great! We still refer to logs as "Ken Wood" and "Terry Wood." We are so heart broken for this loss. Sending all of our love to your entire family. He was loved!

In my heart always love you Dad

Thanks to all for the very kind comments regarding a special person in our lives. Someone noted that there were additional comments on the Reynolds Alumni Facebook page, however we have been unable to locate this page. If there is a link or address for this page we would be grateful. Thank you !

Mr. Hval was the first person who taught me of the love and understanding of special needs students. Thanks to him

Ginny and Family,
I was so sorry to hear about Terry. My memories of childhood always included Terry as one of our family members. All the picnics in DeDe's backyard and at the parks, Terry was always there. I will always remember him as a very kind and caring person with a great smile and a deep love of his family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
