I'm so sorry to learn of Terry,s passing. You all are in my prayers. My sympathy to you Kathy and all the family.

Terry Merz was a football coach to me and my friends dad. He was a man that believed in hard work, honor, and respect. A great man that I could always look up to and strive to be like. He will be missed dearly. RIP Terry and god bless the Merz family.

Our prayers are with the entire family at this time. Having talked to KATHY not long ago about the plans to move to Berkeley, we were surprised to learn of Terry´s passing. May God give you all comfort and peace during this time.

I am saddened by the passing of Terry. We were teammates on the Wright-Bernet Orioles in the West Side Babe Ruth League and were City Tournament Champs in 1966. When I coached his son, Justin in the West Side Little League, Terry was always supportive of his son and the coaching staff. He was a good guy with a fun personality and always gave his best effort in all that he did. My sympathies to his family. "To the sunny slopes of long ago."
