Dear Irene, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Congratulations on the 67 years that God gave you together! Terry was a great guy and well liked and respected in the real estate community. I met Terry 42 years ago, and I was blessed to have him walk through my life! He was the consummate professional. This saddened my heart seeing Terry as I opened Legacy. Rex L Hodges & Team Terry and Bernie maybe longest workers , caring ,class act men . For the last many years Terry popped in my salon when dropped & picked up taxes Terry such a nice man always happy guy . Prayers to Irene & Kellie . One of those individuals that was truly a wonderful person. No matter who you were you felt the genuine sincerity that Terry really cared and enjoyed your presence. Prayers...goodbye friend.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I've known Terry and Irene all of my life, they were our next door neighbors for years on Janice St. in Long Beach. He was always a happy, generous person. He helped my mom get into real estate at Rex L. Hodges and he will be a big loss in this world but will enjoy his eternal home. Rest in peace.

He was a wonderful and caring person! Rest in Peace Dear friend!!
