Not sure what to say?

Carol, I was thinking about Terry today as I was volunteering at the Draper Temple, and wondering what he was up to, so I came home and found this. I'm sorry for your loss. All of us in the laundry loved Terry. Such a great guy!

I worked with Terry for many years at the University of Utah and he loved when we talk football especially when Utah and played the team down south as I would tease him, I loved hearing his stories when he was a QB. My thoughts are prayers are with you Carol and you family.

Terry was such an inspiration...always smiling, always upbeat, always positive. What an athlete; what a student; what a good person. Photo was from a BYU pre-game tailgate on October 2, 2009. The 6 of us played freshman football together in 1965. Terry is at the 12 'o clock position. Clockwise from Terry are Horrace Smith, Craig Bozich, Jan Hall, Monte Squires & Mike Loper. God bless your wonderful family.

A library full of stories goes with Terry. He always made me feel welcomed at the baseball games I attended around the city. I was proud to say " I know Terry Sanford". My sincere condolences go out to the family. RIP

Terry was a good athlete, good teammate, and a real gentleman. He played hard lived his life in a Christlike manner.

I have many good memories of Terry at Jackson Jr. and West High. I remember playing golf with Terry and his Dad, Fred at Rose Park. What an athlete! Rest well my friend!

I have great memories of Terry from Junior high and high school. He was not only a great athlete but such a great person. I’ll always remember his laugh.
Carol, let the great memories help you through this difficult time.

Sorry for the loss of a great man. I remember him as student body president when I attended West High. We were all so proud of him to represent us. Stan and I send our love to Carol and your family, this is a sad but happy time as he is now reunited with his family and back to being himself. We again send our love.

I spent a lot of time with Terry during our senior year at West and grew to appreciate his great intellect and wonderful sense of humor. Many great laughs and stories.
I know how much he loved Carol. Please accept my sincere condolences.
