Coach Terry Tippett

Prayers for Coach Tippett´s family. My husband and I bought our first house on Ivy next door to the house the Tippetts lived in while Terry and his brothers and sister were growing up. His parents were the best neighbors ever. I enjoyed seeing Terry, Gwen and Mark visit them often. He was such a successful coach and man. May he Rest in Peace with his Parents, Wright and Maxine and his. Brother, Bradley.

I am proud to be one of the buddies referred to regarding Terry's Final Four trips. We went on 20 together, which doesn't include the numerous golf trips. You can tell a lot about the character of a person when you spend days traveling with them. These two, Terry and Nancy, are the epitome of character. I could not have been blessed with a better friend and I miss him immensely., Rest in peace, old friend.

I am a White Station High graduate, and have fond memories of Coach Tippett. He was a wonderful man, and impacted so may students in a mighty way. May Almighty God Comfort his family, and friends during this time of loss. We WILL see him again. God Bless
