Dear Mrs. Roana Whitmore and other family members
I visited Terry and you in Memphis 6 years ago for a Japanese TV's interview. You're a amazingly tight-knit family, hopefully you would get the strength to overcome this tragedy, Terry's early death. May his soul rest in peace.

Terry was an inspiration to all who knew him in Sweden during the late sixties/early seventies. A man of passion, courage, and peace. An example for all young men and women facing military indoctrination.

Mrs. Whitmore and family,
I am sorry that I can not be in Memphis to comfort you in person. May you be comforted in knowing that Terry lived a remarkable life and wherever I have traveled and met people who knew him, they always said what a good person he was. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mother Whitmore and Barbara,
May God continue to bless, strengthen, and encourage your family at this time.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.
