Dear Jack & Family: As one of Terry's Squares and Byron's Bobcats I would like to offer my condolences to the entire Williams family! Terry was such a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor! I have many fond memories of Terry and the West Side of Binghamton! May God Bless and Comfort all of you! RIP Terry!!

This sad day has finally come. I hate to say goodbye to you Terry. You have had me laughing for the past 23 years. We have remained friends despite long distances between us. I only just got you to tell me how old you are this year! Always joking, always with a smart crack. I'll miss your humor on the other end of my telephone Terry. I'll miss your unique personality. We are so very sorry to hear of Terry's passing. We have many fond memories of the times we spent in his company. He was quite a character & will be truly missed.

To Jack and all the Williams Family; sad to hear about Terry's passing. I've known Terry since I was 5 years old growing up at Ayres & Murray streets. Last time I saw Terry he was asking me to show him how to play pickleball down in Glendale. He was a wonderful guy and won't be forgotten !

Terry is a memorable, thoughtful person whom I have known most of my life. Terry will be remembered as his own person who forged his own life in his own manner. Rest in Peace my friend.
