Teruko Matsuoka, formerly of Downingtown A memorial service for Teruko Matsuoka, who passed on May 22, 2014, will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Japanese Christian Church of Philadelphia, 6301 Drexel Road, Philadelphia, PA 19151 followed by a memorial and luncheon.
