To all of my dear cousins and family members, I think about my Aunt Tessie all the time. Just yesterday I was thinking about her as I do often. My fondest memories of her are: The hot pot of meatballs and pork on the stove upon entering her house, the smile on her face when we all arrived and the love in her heart when feeding all of her children, family members and any and all guests who came into her space. It's as if that pot of delicious sauce never emptied...and endless supply of "food...

To my dear cousins who are my sister too, How can I describe my Aunt Tessie in one word? -ALL. My Aunt made me laugh, she was an awesome cook and always thought about everyone else before herself. Her ability to inspire, delight and educate me (My Uncle Tony too) was groundbreaking. One day the family had a discussion at my Godmother's home and the question came up: Why do you go to church every week? My Aunt Tessie responded: " To thank God and for all he has done for us" I never...
