My deepest condolences to you and your family. I worked with Tex in the Customer Service Dept of IRS some years ago, but would see him every so often in the hall or at the bus stop. He will be missed and remembered dearly by his co-workers and peers.

We are all very sad to hear of Tex's passing. Tex and his parents were a big part of our lives as we were growing up and beyond. I really enjoyed conversing with Tex and admired his firm but fair approach to every issue. Over the years he has helped me out on several occasions and I greatly appreciate it.
