Not sure what to say?

Still in my prayers and forever in my heart! God Bless You and Rest in Peace

I just saw this o/b...Bishop Jakubowski was one of my professors at Quigley. Although he appeared to be severe, he was a gentle, kind man. He pushed me hard to use my brain, but had a knack for knowing when to ease up. When I decided to leave Quigley, he went out of his way to encouragement and guidance. This was a good man. I will always have fond memories of Bishop Jakubowski. He was a kind and funny soul. I will miss him dearly....

If I remember right, wasn't he at
Transfiguration Parish in Chicago around 1955-60's? I thought we called him Fr. Ted at that time. Great homilies, I remember at a very young age

Thanks for all of your kindnesses to me and my family.
Joyce Sasiadek, former St. Robert Bellarmine parishioner.

Sincere condolences to the family. Teacher at St. Ann, mentor, confidant, friend - Father Ted was all of that to our family. I hope they have fried chicken wings in heaven. Rest well.
