Teddy and I were in the same 5th/6th grade class at White Street School. The whole class went to his birthday party very nearby, immediately after school on the day of the Queen Elizabeth Coronation live television broadcast. During the party, Ted's mom gently reminded us all to watch some of this historic event even while we had a fun time at his party.
