Not sure what to say?

BROTHER THADDEUS WAS A VERY COLORFUL PERSONALITY; BUT I REMEMBER HIM MOST AS A DEVOTED SPIRITUAL/PRAYERFUL PERSON. HE AND I OFTEN RECITED THE ROSARY AND STATIONS OF THE CROSS AT HOLY CROSS HIGH SCHOOL IN RIVER GROVE. WHAT A COINCIDENCE THAT BROTHER DIED ON THE BIRTHDAY OF BROTHER JOSEPH WALTER OLSZOWKA. I MISS THEM BOTH WITH THE CONSOLATION THAT THEY BOTH HAVE VERY SPECIAL PLACES IN GOD'S PARADISE. LEONARD ROGUS [email protected]

Your dear neice Carol Marshall and I

divine providence..

Brother Thad, or to more recent Generations, Brother Vendor, had the warmest smile. His age didn't stop him from living life to its fullest. Well into his 80's brother was still working with the students at Holy Cross and taking care of his large garden near the football field. What an inspiration and a valued life lived.

Brother Thaddeus was the most influential teacher I had in high school. He taught me that scientific knowledge was enjoyable and attainable and not something to ignore or be afraid of. I've always considered myself to be a scientist, have enjoyed a career in science and engineering and that all began with him. God bless this man.

Brother Thaddeus was my chemistry teacher and a very good one. Réquiem ætérnam dona eis, Dómine, et lux perpétua lúceat eis. Requiéscant in pace. Amen.

In God's hands I am sure you are there. Keep watch over us and thank you for your service. From one teacher to another.
