Thaddeus “Fat” Virgil White, age 67 was born on January 18, 1955, in New Orleans, LA entered into eternal rest on Saturday June 25, 2022. He was educated in the New Orleans Public School System and received his high school diploma from Walter L. Cohen Senior High School in 1975. He was a dedicated worker for over 20 years at the Top of the Mart and New Orleans Country Club. He leaves to cherish his memories his sister, Shirley Hullen; his brother, James White; two nieces, Noyata W. Finch and Terry W. Hall; two nephews, Juan (Annette) and Darren Winsey, and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary White; two brothers, Roosevelt Winsey and Henry White; an Aunt Martha Adams; a niece, Shanel W. Nelson. Relatives, friends, Walter L. Cohen Class of 1975 Alumni, and employees of New Orleans Country Club, St. Jude Nursing Facility, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home, 2120 Jackson Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70113 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment Providence Memorial Park. My deepest sympathy to the White family. You have my condolences. Thaddeus and I went to a few Pelicans games together. The Chartroom, Jimini, and the Carousel where I work will miss him very much.
