My mother was a beautiful woman and wonderful mother who made sacrifices for her children. She will be terribly missed by all. I will remember my mother as a woman who loved God and always had him first in her life.

I know Sister Buford, she was a friend
of my late mother(Christine Mack)she
went to Christ Temple.My mother passed
away March 17, 1993.We lived at 9620
Hough for many,many years.I have looked
at my mother's phone book from time to
time,Sister Buford's name and phone
number is in her phone book.I hope,

Mother Buford was kind to me in my teenage years when I visited her on 90th Hough during the early 70's. I lived on 90th Hough also. I was her daughter Eva's best friend at the time. Mrs. Buford had a quiet and graceful spirit and she never complained. There is another thing I remember about her: She made the best pies in the world and she always shared her family's meals with me. I will always remember her wisdom and grace. She knew me by my my nickname "Bambie". May she rest in peace...
