The Elhers were a sweet couple, I worked with Lavern out at the UPDiesel shop many years, I enjoyed helping them out with some of the little things Vern wasn't comfortable with doing...I enjoyed knowing them over the years...RIP... rest in peace...her brother Frankie was also in some of my classes in high school...
