Just finished viewing all the photos of Thelma. What a wonderful tribute to her earthly life!
She was such a special person and such a good friend to Mom since we were all children in Anderson. We're so glad our family was able to travel part of the road of life with this beautiful woman who made us all smile.

When we lose a parent it is such a great loss but, when we think of your Mother, we see her sitting at the feet of Jesus. It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of a well-lived life. Our Family has known Thelma since I was 5 years old. Her, her husband, and my parents were charter members at Epworth together. My Moma,Nell Forlaw, would cut and style her hair.My grandson, Nick, who was about 10 or so at the time, had a big debate on whether Santa Claus was real. She even wrote him a letter about how Santa represents the spirit of Christmas. She,of course, won the debate. Thelma will be missed by our family. We really loved her.
