Read MoreI worked with Thelma years ago at J.C.Penny. We became friends and spent many years together. She was a wonderful friend and shared many stories about her twins, her daughter and Alan getting started in racing. She was funny, cute, and a wonderful story teller. I'll never forget her.

I was very sorry to learn of Thelma's passing. We had lost touch in recent years due to my responsibilities to my elderly and ill parents, but I thought of her often. She was a special woman. I always enjoyed talking with her and spending time with her and Gerald when they were in Charlotte.
