Saying Good bye to someone who you loved unconditionally is probably the hardest thing to do in our lives. A great lady has passed away.Thelma was the first person you saw when you got of the elevator at District Court . I had the privilege of knowing for many years.
She really knew her way the court house and was always helpful to rookie police officers. We lost a very fine lady & friend.God bless
