Thelma J. Overton HERTFORD - Thelma Jaconia Overton, 95, of the 300 block of Woodville Road, died June 21, 2009. A funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Pooles Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Woodville. Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
