Thelma L. Sims, 88, of Latrobe, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011, at her home. She was born Jan. 19, 1923, in Uniontown, and was a daughter of the late Walter P. and Hazel C. Lowdermilk. Thelma was a retired employee of the former Robertshaw Controls Co. with 40 years of service. She was a...
