Bill, I'm so sorry to learn about your mother's death. Wow, she lived a full life. I didn't know she was with an Evacuation Unit in WWII. ( I just read "Half Acre of Hell" about a nurse in an Evacuation Unit in Italy in WWII, but I imagine your mom's work in the China- Burma-India war arena was MUCH tougher.)
