Dear Ginny I am very sorry to hear of Ted's passing. He was a great gift to this neighborhood and all of us within it. I shall miss seeing him tooling around and waving, keeping watch for us.

I am sorry to hear of Teds passing. I remember him as a smart and kind man that always was quick of wit. He always made sure to brighten my day and give me a bit of advice every time I saw him. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
