Not sure what to say?

Bittl family I am so sorry for your loss our loss. Last time I saw Theo He was riding his bike coming from meeting. We stopped chatted and went on our way! That damn cancer! Well I hope he has found a new place to put his beach chair to read the paper! Love Lowie pal

I was living in Dallas in 2016 so when I I attended our class reunion a couple of weeks ago I heard the news of Ted's passing. He was such a nice man and his passing is a loss. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I was saddened to hear of Ted's passing. I remember him for his great smile and kindness. He was always engaging in any circumstance. I enjoyed seeing him around Ventura. You will be missed. My condolences to your family. Blessings to all.

Ted was a very nice , fun , generous man . And very good friend and I will miss him very much.

My deepest sympathy to all of Ted's family. I am both shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.
I first met Ted at a difficult time in my life. I feel so fortunate to say I knew him, his infectious smile and kind manner will never be forgotten. I can honestly say Ted is the most real, down to earth gentle soul I know.
Heaven may have a new angel but it is a huge loss that earth lost an amazing man.
I hope you are at peace Ted and that we will meet again
Love and...

My condolences to the family. Ted was the best skateboarder he was always skating around. I met him down on the Pierpont area years ago....he was always friendly to all he met/and funny too. God Bless you Ted, Rest in the heavens and skate forever!!

Peace brother.
Always admired Ted's relaxed friendly engagement starting at Elmhurst as kids. Thinking of you Ted!

RIP Ted and my deepest sympathies to the family. I knew Ted thru Ventura Bowling Center. He was a Tuesday league bowler, always looking to help bring new bowlers into the center. He would show up a little early, walk in the back bar door with a newspaper, order a large soda and ask for the TV to be changed to a certain station. He liked bowling on the first few pair of lanes so he could go back and forth watching the TV. Ted, you were always a very kind person and will be remember by...

Ted was the most direct man I knew - in speech, thought, eye contact, smile, and passion for anything he invited me to do! I hadn't seen him around lately but just figured he had found other pursuits. My heart ached as I read the obituary, angry that cancer had again chosen an undeserving soul, but thankfully is powerless in Heaven.
