September 19th. I just learned about Ted's passing today as I live in Finland. I admired him greatly. He was kind and generous. I visited him at his office in 1978. He took time with me, a young 2nd cousin and drafting student at the time. After a tour, he took me to lunch. It was one of my best days of my life. I was in awe and have kept that memory in my heart ever since.
