Ted was a solid professional Pershing technician and Army Warrant Officer. He served proudly on our INF Treaty inspection teams as the USA downloaded and destroyed our PII missiles as well as verifying the same in the Soviet Union. Rest in Peace, brother CW3 Everett.

I Served with Ted in Germany in the late 70's and remember him as a mentor and role model for many including myself. He leaves many friends and will be honored at Ft Sill with his name added to a Memorial Board maintained by the Pershing Professionals Association.
