Not sure what to say?

I worked with Ted for many years. He was a good man that helped many folks during difficult times in their lives. Honestly rarely a day goes by that I don't think about Ted and some of the conversations we had at the workplace. He was one of the good ones. I miss him.

Ted is very much missed. I personally miss all the great conversations we used to have about the old days and all the different people and places we had both known and been to over the years. Ted always had great stories and a way to make the day brighter where we worked together for many years.

Teddy you ARE remembered!

We've been away from Portland for a number of years and only recently returned. was looking up old PJH friends and came upon this obit. my most heartfelt sympathies to the Gamble family.

I remember Ted from his brokerage days at Piper Jaffray. We spent many an afternoon at One Main Place waxing philosophical about the state of the world. He was the office clown and kept us on our toes with his pranks and sense of humor. Rest in Peace, My Friend...you will be missed.

Ted was in my class at Lincoln. I remember him as an upbeat, positive, nice guy.

My deepest condolences to his family.

Ted was a warm, kind man who genuinely engaged with everyone he encountered and brightened all of our lives.

I knew Ted as my little league coach, as my first boss, and later, in adulthood, as a friend. As a teenager, he gave me a job and diligently and carefully kept me out of trouble during a difficult time. He was a critical influence on my life and I will never forget everything he did for me, as his employee and as his friend, during formative years. Every kid who ever worked for him or played on his team was a better person for it, which is a lasting and living tribute to his life.

Ted was just an all around awesome man , who quietly did so much for many in AA and other areas in life. I used to love talking to ted during our review sessions at TVG that mostly ended up being about the old days at the DOG Track and such, Ted will truly be missed by everyone he worked with at TVG jm
