I worked with Ted at the Department of Transportation in Right of Way and we became fast work friends. He was smart, talented and a devoted husband and father. He was always willing to talk about his love for Asian food, cars and airplanes. He was so proud of Deniss accomplishments including playing tennis with professionals. I was proud to call him my friend.
