Theodore Hayes

So sorry to hear this. I remember Teddy Mac best from my childhood. My grandfather and his father were brothers and we were at his house frequently. He had a long and prosperous life. I hope I make it to 88. I am 73 now. I live in Florida and will not be able to make his service in Angola. I don´t drive far from my neighborhood these days.

Dr. Hayes was my vet when he was located at Southtown. I remember his concern for me when my dog had to be put down. I received a note and a little bouquet. No vet ever compared to him. My sympathy to his family.

To the entire Ted Hayes (SR) family, our thoughts and prayers go out to you. I only knew Ted from Florida get-away vacations later in his life, but as an early riser in the morning I had some really great conversations with Ted sitting on his balcony and I truly enjoyed every minute I had with him. He was a great guy with some fun stories. It was like he could talk without even taking a breath and I could tell he was full of so much knowledge. GOD SPEED DOC HAYES!
