To Mercedes and Family, the best neighbors ever, my sincere condolences - you are in my thoughts and prayers. You welcomed me to the neighborhood and kept a watch out over me. I will never, ever forget. I am a better person for having known you Ted. Your patience and generosity of kindness, as well as your grace is a great example to aspire to. I am shocked, and saddened at your loss of one of most genuine human beings that I have ever met in my 75 years.
