Not sure what to say?

I always wondered what happened to Ted. I knew him when we both lived in San Francisco in 2000. He was a delight to hang around. I remember seeing the first Harry Potter with him! He was very generous. I moved away and we lost touch. I always wondered what happened to him and would search for him. Found this send off a couple days ago and super sad to hear about his passings. All the comments remind me of the bit I knew of him. My condolences to his family.

I knew Ted through San Antonio Parish, Makati, Philippines, where he was actively involved as a young boy. I believe he joined Luke 18 and served at Mass. What a live wire! He liked to drop in at our house as well, just to spend some time in animated conversation. I remember his eyes were beautifully startling (were they green?) in his freckled face, he had a ready laugh, and felt very at home with children and adults alike. When he reached his teens, as it usually happens, his visits...

Knew Ted through the Murphy kids way back at ISM in the mid-late 80's: he was several years younger than us but would hilariously exchange (fearless) insults & (clever) quips with us. Was shocked to see him in memoriam at the ISM alumni website.

Dear Lahren family, I am very sorry to hear such awful news. Please accept my deepest condolences. Ted was a great friend back in my college years at ERAU. Every day after class he'd drop by my dorm room to talk about everything....boy he loved to talk. If there is one thing I can say about Ted, it would be that he was a unique, hillarious and friendly guy. He had the ability to turn your bad mood to good in a matter of seconds. Take care buddy, I'll miss you.

Dear Ted,

I have been thinking about you over the holidays. We all miss you so much. You'll be happy to know that Matthew has taken to trying to fix everything. At 4 he thinks he can do almost anything. When I look at him I see you and David. We love you.

Ted was full of spirit when it came to anything he was passionate about. We will all have fond memories of my brother and share many laughs in years to come.

I would like to add a recent photo of Ted from his last trip to San Francisco. We used this photo during his service.

I am very sorry for your loss. Ted was always friendly, high-spirited and confident. Please know that he is fondly remembered. I hope you find peace in this difficult time.

I remember Ted very fondly. He was so involved in ISM life. I am sure he continued to positively touch so many lives. I send my condolences to the whole family.
