I am saddened to hear of Mr. Lander passing. I enjoyed seeing him and Mrs. Lander at the Dewey. What a kind, thoughtful gentleman Ted was. The Lander family is in my thoughts and prayers. Rest well Mr. Lander. ❤

My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Lander, Doug and Scott. Sad to see that all the Apple Street neighbors are slowly passing. May you find comfort in your memories of happier times spent with him.

So sad to hear of his passing. From a little girl selling fundraisers at his door step, to a grown woman seeing him at the doctors office, it was always a pleasure speaking to him. He tried to stay positive on his declining health and did a good job of putting a smile on his face. He will be missed.

"A sailor has passed away today." You are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow Navy veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The carrier has turned into the wind preparing for your final launch. Taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Smooth sailing shipmate. A Navy Vietnam Veteran.
