Not sure what to say?

Ted was one of my favorite mentors at EY and taught me a lot about hard work and professionalism. He was one of the nicest and genuine people I've known. I was so happy to reconnect with him last year. He still had a wonderful smile and laugh. He still talked about his daughters with pride. He will be greatly missed.

I am sorry to read about Mr. Long. We talked about golf several times. He was very intelligent and had the kindest of hearts.

Please accept my deepest condolences. May the God of comfort bring peace to your hearts and minds during this difficult time.

I worked at Sherwin-Williams while Ted was on the audit team from Ernst. He was always very professional, and at the same time, friendly and very interesting to have a conversation with. I will remember him always. My condolences to his family.

What a wonderful gentleman. While we never work together on an audit or other assignment, I knew Ted and respected his ability. When he left E&Y and went to the academic world, it was a great win for the profession.

I didn't know Ted, or any of his family or friends, but his picture caught my attention. The tributes form family, fiends and colleagues are heart warming. What a wonderful man, whose professional accomplishment most likely defied the odds of his time. Thank you for your service to the country and to the community at large. Sincere condolences to all who will be missing g him so dearly.Comforting hugs, Maureen Talty
