Not sure what to say?

I had Mr. Molitor for Chemistry in 1976, he was a great teacher. I ran into him at Schoonover body shop one day, he was trying to get the rust on his orange Volkswagen Squareback fixed. I asked him, "how are you doing?", he said," Good, I have a car now."

Time it was and what a time it was, it was....

We will always remember Ted as being a great teacher, friend and bridge player. We laughed at his corny jokes and treasured his profound wisdom. We remember running into him in Bavaria Germany on 9/11. Ted, it seems, is everywhere. Our deepest condolences to Irene and the family. He was truly a remarkable gentleman

Ted at the lake

Ted was a colleague and friend whom I admired and respected immensely. I enjoyed conversations with him about chemistry and more broadly teaching/science education. He showed me many kindnesses including giving me a few coins. I'm pleased to have known him. His life was well lived.

Mr. Molitor was a wonderful man. I often think of him and his Chemistry class at Ramsey. I credit him with my love of Chemistry. One of my favorite teachers ever!! My condolences to his family.

Mr. Molitor was my Chemistry teacher when I was a Junior at Ramsey. He was a great teacher who gave his best to his students. I still remember him tasting all the soap we made in class. It had to taste right to pass. I am sorry for your loss.
John Mattson - Alex. Ramsey Class of '76

I loved Mr Molitor and have thought of him often. I would run into him at Har Mar occasionally. Even saw him at a TWINS game after his knee surgery; he was there to watch his nephew play at the Metrodome. He always took the time to stop and talk.

Ted was one of the vibrant, interesting personalities that makes the world so rich. He was my dad's (Paul Busch) hunting partner. Dad was always chipper on the Saturdays that he'd hunt with Ted. Dressed for a day in the field, he and Ted, and the "hunting dog", a dachshund, who may have been named Frieda, headed out to Hugo to tromp in the corn stubble and maybe down a pheasant or two. But really, the bird was immaterial. The two just enjoyed being out together.

Condolences to you,...

Chemistry with Jon Asp, then Paul Finegan..."The solution to pollution is dilution" and hearing about his nephew Paul, of whom he was so proud. Mr. Molitor, thank you for being a great teacher. God Bless and rest in peace.
