Not sure what to say?

Linda,
I can only hope that time has made your loss a little easier to live with.
Take care my friend.

Tom Ulrich

Dear Mrs. Smithers,

I, too, cannot tell you why you and Ted came to mind today. Maybe it was the scent of the lilac tree in my bedroom window all weekend . . thinking about Ted and Charlie and writing that book on plant care for them back in the mid seventies.

My first attempt to get a job with The Smithers Company was to walk in one Saturday - and find Ted sitting at his desk. He welcomed me in, we talked for a long time; I had the internship a week later.

Dear Linda,
Don't ask me what made me think of you after all these years, but you came to mind this morning and I googled Ted's name and learned of his passing. I am so sorry for your loss. I pray that the Lord will comfort you and your family and fill you with many fond memories of the love you shared.
Sincerely,

Linda ,
I am so sorry to read of Ted's passing. He was a great man and for those lucky enough to have met him he will never be forgotten.
i am sorry i won't be able to be with you Monday but i will be thinking of all of you.

Your friend always,
Tom Ulrich
