I was sorry to hear about your father. As a child I spent many early mornings with my dad, Fred Evans, having a chocolate donut for breakfast, many lunches with him and dinners with the family there. Ted was always there treating us like royalty. He and Mr. Lamb created a great place to enjoy good food and great company. May their legacy live on at Lamb's Cafe!

To the Speros Family:
What a wonderful and kind man was Ted, as well as a great ambassador for our City. The mark and measure of a person is how he treats not just the mighty but the common man, and Ted treated all with equal respect and dignity.
He was a Salt Lake City instituion, and Lamb's restaurant was the perfect extension of his personality and charm.
My condolences and sympathy are extend to the family.

We have loved Lamb's Cafe for all the years going back to the 1940's. There is nothing else like it in Salt Lake. Thank you, Ted, for gracing our favorite city.
