Dear Teddi,
My heart goes out to you and your whole family at this difficult time. It's wonderful to see what a tremendous and loving impact your dad continued to have on people. I miss you and would love to get back in touch (after what, like 28 years??). Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are so sorry to have missed the service for your dad. We wish we could have been there to give you all big hugs and to let you know that, with time, the pain does ease (some!). Please know you and your families are in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless!

I'm grateful I had the opportunity to have worked for him for the...

I was sorry to learn of your father's death. I worked at Nationwide Advertising for many years and admired Ted for his pioneeering achievements in recruitment advertising.

I worked for Mr. Stepien for 11 years and even though there were some rough spots, he always treated me with respect and love. He used several other names over the years - Joan Stewart, "pork chop", and The General - all with affection. He's with his wife, Ann, and some good friends now; Gene Heard, Chet Walters, Regis O'Donnell to name a few. God Bless all the girls and their families.

To the Daughters of Ted Stepien

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
My brother-in-law, Regis O'Donnell was a long time friend to your family. A phone conversation with Regis never ended without him giving me an update on your father.
Their friendship was a strong bond that helped them survive many difficult times both personally and professionally.
Your Dad would occassionally stop by our house in Youngstown for a ham sandwich and a cup of...
