Teddy, Who knows why I feel the need to write again, but it's been over two months since I got that phone call. I don't cry every day anymore, and sometimes I even find myself smiling when I think of you. Someday I may even be able to laugh when I remember. I finally had the strength to go through my pictures, and it brought back so many memories of so many amazing times we all shared. My first niece, Angelina, was born on the day we laid you to rest. When she's old enough to understand, I'll...

I just heard the sad news, my condolences to the Vanderbeck Family.
Ted and I went to high school together and for a while there, we were the best of friends. He was the sweetest guy I knew. We were constant companions when I got my first car and we drove all over celebrating our new freedom.
Ted will always be part of my fondest memories.

I'm not quite sure how to begin... Teddy was an amazing person with a big heart and even bigger smile. He was the "big brother" I never had. I can't put it any simpler than that. Being in the Vanderbeck home and being in the Vanderbecks' lives were like having a second family. And although we grow up and some of us move away and some of us have children and some of us don't see eachother as much as we would like, I sill feel part of that crazy, lovable family today and always will.
