Out Prayers & Thoughts are with you at this time. I enjoyed working with Ted at I.D.O.T. he was my trainer back in 1986 as a road inventory analyst, due to his superb training I became the boss.
Ted was a kind soul and loved his family and was so proud when he became a grandfather.
Please take comfort in knowing you have a special angel watching over you.

Every time I look at my now 17 1/2 year old dog I think of Ted since he was the one who named him Thinking of all the great memories with a big smile on my face. I am a better person knowing him
