Not sure what to say?

Ted was a very nice man. As a kid, we would run to his and his brother's store,(Zakany's), every time we got a quarter to buy candy! He was always nice and polite to us kids. My condolences and prayers to his family!

The Zanesville Esquire Club sends their condolences to the family.

Ted was a great supporter of the old Eighth Ward and an honest businessman and politician.
He was also a real "people person."
Ted would do go the extra mile to help someone.
Sympathy to his family.

The Newman/Hollins family send their deepest sympathy to the Zakany family. How blessed we were to have all of you in the neighborhood befriending and embracing the entire community.

What a truly philanthropic man and family!

Sorry to read about Ted's passing. Our family always enjoyed shopping at Zakany's. They made you feel one of their family. May God bless Ted's family. Lois Jean Nader

To the Zakany Family sorry to read of your loss. Your Family are in our prayers. The Zanesville community lost a good man. He was an inspiration to many people, in the grocery business, city politics, and slow pitch softball playing for his church team.

Tom, Sorry for your loss . May God be with your family during this difficult time.

I know Jesus is holding you and aunt Doris in his arms right now. I love you, uncle Ted.
