Not sure what to say?

I met Ted on an airplane a while back. He was one of the sweetest, most friendly strangers I’ve met in a long time. We only talked that day but I’ve remembered him, and today I was talking about this man who was so amazing to talk to on the airplane, and I never forgot his name, so I looked him up. This was the first thing that came up. I just want you to know I remember him and how kind he was to me. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Dear Monica and Family,
You dont know me but i felt compelled to send you a message after learning the sad news of your Fathers passing. He was always so nice, and polite and upbeat whenever i encountered him at Brownstone Gardens and i always thought very highly of him. I am sorry he is gone, I will miss him and know he will be missed by many..
With Sympathy to you and your family
