Most of my memories of Ted are through the Lake George Arts Project. I worked there for several years, but after becoming the Bookkeeper for the Village of Lake George, continued my membership and attending annual meetings. I always enjoyed his comments at the Annual meetings.

So sad to hear of Ted's passing. His personality made him seem larger than life. I remember speeding around Highland Lake ,hanging on for dear life, with Ted at the wheel of his power boat. I can also attest to his skill in the kitchen. He got that from his mother, Emma. Their dining tables always had room for the unexpected guest. Please let me know about the celebration of life this summer. If possible, I'd like to attend and connect with the family.

This is very sad news! Ted was extremely active in the Glens Falls Rotary Club and was the Club President on April 15, 1980 when Rotary sponsored The Bob Hope Show at the Glens Falls Civic Center. Yes, Ted had the honor of introducing Bob Hope to an appreciative audience. Ted also led the major Rotary project to fully close the local landfill using profits from the Bob Hope event and his own funds , in addition to countless hours of Torrington Construction heavy equipment.
