I remember Theo as a man who lived a simple, uncomplicated life.
I remember the sparkle and excitement in his eyes when we were chatting one day at the lake. We weren't talking about some big new house he was building, or some high paying job he had, nor was he complaining about anything. He was telling me all about his pigeons. Theo was such a loving and gentle man. It was always a pleasure to visit with Theo at Tom and Reit's family gatherings on Cedar Lake. Theo's love of family and the joy he had in living a pure and simple life in this often hectic world made you think what really is important in this life. We will always remember Theo's gentle smile and kindness. There is no doubt God has welcomed Theo home. Heaven's fields of flowers are in good hands now.

Theo, I will miss your peaceful, polite and content nature.
May you be spending mornings dancing with Elvis and evenings riding horses with John Wayne.
