Smith, Theophile E. (Ted) of New Prague, MN, age 76, died Oct. 14, 2007. Preceded in death by parents, Theophile N. & Eunice Brotherton Smith. Survived by wife, Mary; sons & daughters-in-law, Marc & Julie, Dan & Sharon, Brian & Rochon; daughter & son-in-law, Susan & Greg Zahler; grandchildren, Ben, Alex, Danny, Erin, Jake, Nick, Tony & Marty. Ted was a graduate of Cretin High School in St. Paul and the Univ. of MN School of Pharmacy. He served in the US Army Medical Service Corps. Ted practiced pharmacy in St. Paul before moving to New Prague in 1969 to become owner/manager of Remes Drug Store. He retired from full-time practice in 1989 and part-time practice in 1998. The family will donate memorials to Queen of Peace Hospital Foundation and St. Wenceslaus Church, both in New Prague. Services at St. Wenceslaus Church on Thurs. Oct 18 at 9:30 am. Visitation at Bruzek Funeral Home on Wed., Oct 17, 5-8 pm & Thursday at 7:30 am. 952-758-4949
