I was deeply saddened today to learn of Theresa's passing. Her tremendous spirit, kindness and generosity will be sorely missed. As an employee of Farmington Care, I was touched on many occasions with the manner in which Theresa reached out to residents, employees and family members. Putting a smile on faces, sharing a hug and giving hope. I will miss her beautiful holiday crafts and goodies and the way she would light up the facility when she walked through the front door.
