My sincere condolences to Dan and Michael! You may know that I worked with Theresa on APTU, previously known as East 1, then West 1, as our unit kept being relocated. Theresa was a beautiful person, a funny lady and a good friend and I´ve known her for over 40 years! Having just lost my mother in law, who struggled with years of dementia, I appreciate how difficult it is to lose someone you know through a slow decline. I worked with Theresa for over 20 years at Baystate and she was one of the most talented and devoted psychiatric nurses I ever encountered in my career. As lucky as I was to have her as a coworker and mentor I was most blessed to count her as one of my oldest and dearest friends. Dan and Michael, We am very sorry to learn of Theresa's passing. As attendees at Dan and Theresa's 1975 wedding on Boston's Back Bay Newberry Street, we will never forget the beauty and spirit of that occasion, which was "All Theresa", as all who knew her can readily appreciate. Never had I met my new friend Mike OMalley's mother so I do wish to pay my respects as a friend of your son's Gregory Coleman , Mike is my friend please take my blessings as i wish i had more to offer Mike knows he has my ear anytime so Im sorry to the family for your loss hectalked highly of her as i do mines.

Theresa was such a beautiful presence in my life. I will always be so grateful for the love she showed me, my children, and especially my mom. She loved us so genuinely, and it meant more than she probably knew. I have so many wonderful memories of her that I will always hold close. She will be remembered with so much love.
