Theresa was a very lively member of our book group and is missed for her joyous participation and unflinching honesty. My sincerest condolences to her family.

At the first Barcamp Charleston (Oct 2009), Theresa posted a Siesta session, because she thought some Barcampers (meaning her) might need a break from all the activity going on at Barcamp. Her session is the orange sticky note just above the top left corner of the laptop.

I will miss your physical presence, but will eternally hold your spirit in my heart. Sending up prayers for the family.

My daughter, Colleen, knew Theresa from DGN and they Facebooked each other frequently. I only got to know Theresa because Colleen passed away in 2011 and I used HER Facebook friends list to reach out to people and let them know of her passing. Theresa had a wonderful sense of humor and it seemed that she always kept her chin up and tried to find the best of everything in people. May she rest in a field of gorgeous flowers forever more.

Theresa had a real connection with both people and ideas. It was a joy and an honor to know her.
