Theresa was born on July 29, 1964 and passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Theresa was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Friends and family are welcome to the Belle Valley Presbyterian Church, 1694 Norcross Rd. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 6 pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 8 pm with the Rev. Robert Schell officiating. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are welcome to a "Go Fund" account for the family on Facebook to help with expenses.

MY condolences to the entire Zukowski family.I graduated high school with Theresa at Academy High School in 1982 and met Theresa in 1978 at the former Joe,s arcade on Peach Street. There were also fun times hanging out at "the creek"(Mill Creek). I also hung out with Pat in later years and had fun times. So sorry to hear of Theresa's passing. May the Good Lord have a place for her in His Kingdom. I will always remember Theresa and the fun times of our youth. Sincerely, John Boyer(Crazy J)
