Therese was a wonderful woman, a very special cousin and a sounding board when I needed advice. I will miss seeing her and hearing her smile in her voice. Her's was a life well lived and she loved every member of her family with all of her heart. Now she is in heaven with her dear husband Harlan. I will miss you and will miss both of you.

I will always think of Therese as my second mother. When I met the Hummers, I was a freshman in college with Barb and remember being so amazed that Therese was able to manage a full time job, make delicious meals every night, clean the house on the weekend, and yet maintain a wonderful and infectious attitude about life. I look forward to enjoying a Stouffer´s Mac and Cheese with her some day in heaven!! Love you always, Therese.
