Not sure what to say?

Hard to believe it has been 4 years. Say hi to my mom and dad. I am sure you are having a coffee with mom. It was always fun to go to their house to play. I can remember the adults getting together at night for cards and all the kids would be in one room sleeping or at their own houses and the dads would go and walk the neighborhood and check on them a couple times at night. Times were so much better then. Rest in peace and say hello to Joe and my parents for me.

My heart goes out to all of the Theresa Mommers family & friends. Theresa is still greatly missed. I had many good times with Theresa at Ascension with her family & Joe. I enjoyed our friendship thur the years. We went on bus trips & plane trips & I also went to see her in her end days & enjoyed our visits. She knew how to be a friend. I am lighting a candle for her & her family. Love & miss you all. Mrs Yourkievitz

I am so sorry about your loss, i just found out about it. I remember Mrs. Mommers very fondly as she was a good friend of my mother's and i was friends with Edie and Terri. She was very kind and compassionate.

The Spathiphyllum Plant

My 95 year old Aunt Edith was friends with Theresa at Rockport. She would come over and knock on my Aunts door every morning at 10am and they would visit. My Aunt really enjoyed her friendship and misses her greatly. She just mentioned it to me again today. She was able to nurse one of Theresa's plants back to life so thank you for the kind suggestion to give her plants to her friends there. Also thank you to the daughter who made the Indians mask that was given to my Aunt too, it...

The Mommers and Tippy families enjoyed many good times together, Four Corners Baseball, for one (thanks, Cork). After the kids grew up, Joe and Therese, Ted and I spent many good times together, including several day trips. Condolences to all of you from Carol and sons, Jerry, Dan, Ron and Ken.

I became friends with Therese while working at William R Harper. It was my pleasure to call her a friend. My sincere condolences to her family.

As part of the staff at Mary Bethune School, I got to know Mrs. Mommers as the exceptionally efficient and multi-talented school clerk. She was friendly, capable, and a great asset to the principal, James Hobbs. It was a pleasure to visit with her in the school office. I'm so sorry for your loss.
